The outer fabrics of the raincoats are waterproof and even taped on the inside for added security. This ensures that not a single drop of water will be able to seep through the seams. DOES MY DOG NEED A WATERPROOF RAINCOAT?
Not only shorthaired breeds, but also dogs adopted from warmer climates, single-coated breeds, non-shedding breeds such as Poodles, Maltese, Yorkshire Terriers and mixed breeds often have no undercoat to keep them warm, making them susceptible to the cold and damp. That's why all our coats come with an underbelly guard to protect them. The adjustable belly protection keeps your dog's organs warm. A well-fitting raincoat will not only keep your dog dry on walks, it will also protect your entrance and furniture from dirt and puddles when your dog enters the house. Our dog coat range is specifically designed to be harness friendly and allows the dog collar or dog harness to be worn underneath the dog jacket, making it ideal for use in conjunction with other accessories.
All of our dog winter coats and dog raincoats have a practical zipper opening at the back, which allows for comfortable fitment of the harness.

HOW TO MEASURE DOGS FOR COATS
With such a wide range of dog coat sizes available from small to large, it can be challenging to select the right size for your dog. We advise that you primarily consider the weight of your dog when making a choice, and then take the length of the coat into account, measured from the bottom of the neck to the beginning of the tail. While the chest area is an equally important guide to determine the overall size, the waistband allows for easy fine-tuning of the fit with the help of Velcro fasteners.
