Cloud7 offers worldwide shipping with its partner DHL. By applying a flat rate to orders, we are able to keep the costs for you as low as possible. The table below is an overview of all shipping costs.

Custom Duties

For shipping to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, the UK, Iceland etc., possible fees such as customs clearance, import duties and other costs at your country's borders may incur. We are legally obligated to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice should they require it. Customs and import procedures are beyond the control of Cloud7 GmbH and is therefore NOT responsible for any possible additional costs or delays. All our international customers are responsible for customs and import duty fees in their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Return / Exchange Policy

The Customer has the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the Customer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Cloud7 GmbH, Zur Heide 9, 15712 Königs Wusterhausen, OT Zernsdorf, Germany, [email protected], Phone: (0)3375 9597480 ,by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of his or her decision to revoke this contract. The Customer may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. The Customer can also complete and submit the model cancellation form or another clear declaration electronically on the Cloud7 website (https://cloud7.de/de/kontakt/). If the Customer makes use of this option, Cloud7 will send him/her confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION:

Once the order is successfully canceled, we will reimburse your payment including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs such as express delivery). The refund should take place within 7 business days and will be reimbursed to the initial chosen method of payment. We may withhold reimbursement of transitions until the goods have arrived safely in our warehouse. Once it has been communicated to us, we expect to receive the goods without any undue delay and no later than 14 days from this day.

FOR EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed with returning the unwanted item and create a new order.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your chosen method of payment, the reimbursement should take no more than 7 business days. Please contact us if this has not taken place at [email protected] along with your order number.
