The Dog House: Pieter and Memphis Peulen
Friends & families of Cloud7 opened up their homes, creative spaces, offices and cafés in this portrait series where we visit and photograph them in their elements whilst answering a series of short questions about their loyal four-legged companion, who are lucky enough to trot along in their daily lives. Thanks to modern technologies and social media, we had the pleasure to get to know the interior-loving duo through a series of phone calls and pictures. Often found posing in front of the lenses within their ultra minimalistic mid-century home, Pieter Peulen is known for his wonderful work behind the lenses as well as a content creator on social media. The familiarity of his work might have captured your eyes, as Pieter has once also shot one of our previous campaigns. Whilst Pieter is hard at work, Memphis, a chocolate brown Goldendoodle, can be usually found sitting comfortably from a Togo lounge chair watching with his eagle eyes.
"Memphis is actually named after the post modern movement in design contrary to what people think like from a footballer or the city in the US. [...]
[...]We used to live in Antwerp in rentals and as soon as we decided to move back to the countryside, we immediately got Memphis.”
