RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
The customer has the right to withdraw an order within 14 days after purchase. The 14-day period expires from the day on which you or a third party is in possession of the goods. To exercise your right to withdraw, please inform us, Cloud7 GmbH, Zur Heide 9, 15712 Königs Wusterhausen, OT Zernsdorf, Germany, through email at [email protected], telephone: +49 3375 959 74 80, by means of a clear declaration of his or her decision to withdraw from this contract. The customer may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. The customer can also fill out and submit the model cancellation form or another clear declaration electronically on the Cloud 7 website (https://cloud7.de/en/kontakt). If the customer makes use of this option, Cloud7 will send him/her confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION:
Once the order is successfully canceled, we will reimburse your payment including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs such as express delivery). The refund should take place within 14 business days and will be reimbursed to the initial chosen method of payment, unless stated by the customer otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement of transactions until the goods have arrived safely in our warehouse or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by the customer that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed with returning the unwanted item and create a new order.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your chosen method of payment, the reimbursement should take no more than 7 business days. Please contact us if this has not taken place at [email protected] along with your order number.
